Official Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The #HowLIFXMovesYou Giveaway (the "Campaign") is sponsored by LIFX ("Sponsor"). By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules. The Campaign is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with TikTok or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Eligibility

The Campaign is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of LIFX, Feit Electric, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Campaign Period

Entries will be accepted beginning on the date the giveaway is first announced on @lifx_official (TikTok) and @lifx (Instagram) and ending when the final winner is drawn. Winners will be announced weekly for five weeks starting May 11, 2026. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Campaign Period at its sole discretion with notice posted to the @lifx_official TikTok account and/or @lifx Instagram account.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Campaign Period:

•       Follow the  @lifx_official (TikTok) account or @lifx (Instagram) account.;

•       Post a video to your TikTok or Instagram account showing off your moves; and

•       Include the hashtag #HowLIFXMovesYou in your post caption.

One (1) winner will be selected each week from all eligible entries received during that weekly period. The prize for each weekly winner is $1,000 USD cash, awarded via check or electronic transfer at the Sponsor’s discretion. No prize substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each weekly drawing period.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be announced weekly on the @lifx_official TikTok account and @lifx Instagram account, beginning May 11, 2026. The Sponsor will contact each winner via TikTok or Instagram direct message from @lifx_official or @lifx depending on the platform on which the winning entry was submitted (i.e., winners who entered via TikTok will be contacted via @lifx_official on TikTok; winners who entered via Instagram will be contacted via @lifx on Instagram). Only one (1) winner will be selected per weekly drawing period regardless of the total number of entries received across both platforms. Winners must respond within 10 days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within 10 days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Entry Content Requirements

Submitted videos must be original works created by the entrant. Entries must not include any obscene, hateful, or offensive material, promote violence, or disparage any person or group. Entries must not violate any applicable law or regulation, and must not be discriminatory on the basis of protected characteristics including race, sex, religion, national origin, age, or disability. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that violates these requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

By entering, you represent and warrant that your video is an original work of authorship and does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights. If your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any third party’s rights, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims, and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LIFX and Feit Electric from any resulting liability, loss, damage, costs, or expenses.

You, the entrant, retain ownership of the content you create and submit. By entering, you grant LIFX and Feit Electric a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, adapt, edit, and otherwise use your entry, name, likeness, and biographical information in any media now known or hereafter developed, for news, publicity, advertising, promotional, and other business purposes, without further compensation, notice, review, or consent, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless LIFX, Feit Electric, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage arising directly or indirectly from: (i) participation in the Campaign or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any computer, network, hardware, or software; (iii) unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; or (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Campaign or processing of entries.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER (AT LIFX’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

10. General Conditions

This Campaign is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. LIFX reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Campaign, as determined by LIFX at its sole discretion. LIFX’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Campaign are final and binding.
