Please read the following information carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of the shipping constraints within your region.

 

Order processing

We aim to process all orders within 24 business hours of them being placed (excluding preorders). From there they are passed onto our distribution centres for packing and shipping. Generally, orders are shipped the following business day after being placed. Please note, that these time frames are dependent on what the time the order was placed during the day, and, can fluctuate during peak sales periods and holidays.

 

Shipping fees

We offer free shipping within the USA and Canada for orders of $39.99 and above. Orders below $39.99 shipping within the USA and Canada will incur a flat shipping rate of $10.

All other countries are subject to a $20 flat rate (no minimum spend). Please note that fittings are country-specific, please ensure you select the best fitting for your region. Not sure? No problem, we’ve got you covered here.

Shipping times may vary due to seasonal volume, weather, and, for customs/duty processing for international deliveries.

 

Tax and duties

Orders being shipped outside of the United States may be subject to tax & duty charges when entering the destination country. Please note that LIFX has no control over the amount of these charges, as customs policies can vary widely. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. For further information on charges in your local area, we would recommend contacting your local customs office.

 

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow for 48 hours for tracking to update with any information.
