What bulb shapes and fittings are available?

LIFX covers the most common fittings including A19, A21, BR30, and GU10. Whether you're replacing a standard lamp bulb or a recessed downlight, there's a LIFX bulb that fits.

Are they dimmable?

Yes, fully dimmable from 100% blazing bright down to a barely-there glow. No special dimmer switch required. Control it all from the app or your voice assistant.

How long do LIFX bulbs last?

Up to 25,000 hours. That's years of daily use before you even think about a replacement, way longer than traditional bulbs.

Can I use them without the app?

Your existing wall switch still works for basic on/off. To unlock colors, schedules, and smart features you'll want the free LIFX app (iOS and Android) or a voice assistant like Alexa or Google Home.
