Duplicate, split, or repeated orders placed by the same customer, account, household, or shipping address for the purpose of receiving additional free gifts are not permitted.

Returns & Refunds

If an order is partially or fully returned and no longer meets the qualifying promotional conditions, the full retail value of the free gift(s) may be deducted from the refund unless the free gift(s) are also returned in unused, resellable condition.

Free gifts cannot be returned on their own and have no cash value.
