Can I cut the Lightstrips to size?

Yes, LIFX Lightstrips can be cut at designated points to fit your exact space. No wasted strip, no awkward overhang.

Do they show multiple colors at once?

Yes. LIFX Lightstrips support multizone color, meaning different sections can show different colors simultaneously. Gradient effects, zone-by-zone control, the works.

How do they attach to surfaces?

They come with strong adhesive backing. Clean the surface, peel, and stick. For uneven surfaces or more permanent installs, third party mounting channels are available from most hardware stores.

Do Lightstrips need a hub?

No hub, no controller box beyond what's in the kit. They connect directly to your Wi-Fi and are controlled through the LIFX app or your voice assistant.

Can I extend or connect multiple Lightstrips?

Yes, LIFX Lightstrips are extendable. The Everyday Lightstrip extends up to 40ft and the SuperColor Lightstrip up to 33ft. Check the product page for full extension details.
