Here at LIFX we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, that’s why we offer an extensive returns & exchange policy. Please read the following information carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of the restrictions within this policy and our obligations to you:


Change of mind returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product purchased directly from the LIFX website, the LIFX returns policy allows you return the item/s back to us for a refund for the price paid, or exchange for an item of the same value provided the following terms are met:

If these conditions are met, LIFX will arrange an exchange or refund for the price paid for the product. Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (e.g. state, customs, VAT) are not refundable. The customer is responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit. LIFX reserves the right to not offer an exchange or refund if the above-mentioned terms are not met.

2-year limited hardware warranty

In the rare case that your LIFX bulb is not performing as expected, LIFX offers a 2-year limited hardware warranty. For more information regarding this warranty, please refer to the booklet included with your LIFX light bulb.

If you are interested in claiming a bulb under this warranty, first of all we are sorry to hear your experience hasn’t been as expected. Please email the following information to support@lifx.co so we can look into this for you:
