Tracking your LIFX Order
Once your delivery leaves our Distribution Centre, you will receive a confirmation email from email@example.com with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number in the field below to track you order as it makes it's way to you.
If you have not been emailed a tracking number, please first check your SPAM folder and then email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide them with your #LIFX12345 Order ID listed on your Invoice and they can send it to you.
Country Specific Tracking Information
All standard US orders ship from our Californian Distribution Centre and ship via FedEx or UPS. These orders are trackable via the form above or via the FedEx and UPS websites.
Canada and Mexico
All standard Canada and Mexico orders ship from our Californian Distribution Centre via USPS First Class Mail International Endicia. These orders are trackable via the form above or via the USPS website.
Europe and Asia
All standard orders for Europe and Asia (with the exceptions of Germany and Hong Kong) ship from our Hong Kong Distribution Centre via DHL or Hong Kong Post.
Hong Kong Post deliveries are passed on to your local postal service once the package arrives in your home country for the final leg of the delivery. To track your Hong Kong Post delivery we recommend using the form above as it includes all information available.

For best results, all Germany bound orders ship via DHL and are trackable via the form above or via the DHL website.
As we have a Distribution Centre in hong Kong, local deliveries in Hong Kong are made via TGX and are trackable via the form above.
Australia and New Zealand
All standard Australia and New Zealand bound orders ship from our Sydney Distribution Centre via Australia Post. Australian orders can be tracked via the form above or via the Australia Post website. Please note: Tracking is not currently available for Australia Post deliveries to New Zealand.
